Love this publication!

As a new vegan (3 whole months!), I am learning on a daily basis. This magazine has been so important in my venture into the healthy lifestyle that I wish I discovered much sooner. I have been devouring each issue, cooking the recipes, and discovering something new every day. I am an Exercise Physiologist and strength and conditioning coach, and along with adopting a plant-based diet, I would direct my athletes to also include Vegan Lifestyle Magazine.
